Pre-order, Warranty & Exchange
Products listed as pre-order item will be handcrafted after order is placed. It will take 20-30 days to be dispatched.
We accept customised order. Please contact us at admin@kinks-lab.com for quotation and discussion.
All products sold online or at any of the authorized retailers are covered by a 30-day warranty. Please contact us at admin@kinks-lab.com for return and exchange.
This warranty does not cover lost items or defects caused by accident and misapplication.
Contact us directly at admin@kinks-lab.com for return and exchange and titled as “Return and Exchange”. Please include your full name, date of purchase and location of purchase. We will get back to you within 2 working days and take you through the return process.
Return and exchange items shall be delivered via trackable postal services and shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
Import tax are included in the listed price.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be automatically summed to the total cost during checkout. Taxes are included in the retail price of each item.
We are not responsible for lost items or delivery failure due to incorrect shipping address.

Jewelry care & material
All our brass-base products are covered by gold plating. Unlike solid gold products, gold-plated accessories will tarnish over time.
All earrings are soldered with sterling silver ear posts to minimize any chance of being allergic to our jewelry. Please remove the jewelry immediately if you experience any adverse reaction.
Caring Tip I : store accessories in our dust bag to prevent excessive exposure to air and sunlight.
Caring Tip II : remove gold-plated products before wearing perfume / before a shower and exercising to extend the span of the product
Caring Tip III : clean with dry clothes instead of rubbing alcohol for oil & dirt build-up on accessories.
We do not plate our sterling silver products, therefore it oxidizes and becomes dull when exposed to air over time.
Store accessories in our dust bag to prevent excessive exposure to air and sunlight. We also suggest using silver polishing cloth to retain a shiny surface on all our sterling silver products.
